This flexible program is divided into four Learning Modules concentrating on specific processes and concepts to provide a rich understanding of how human capital is created, shaped, and deployed for organizational success.

- Measuring, Analyzing, and Assessing Human Capital Effectiveness
The student's dissertation embeds the knowledge of the Human Capital Lab into their organization through an applied research project they'll lead and manage using skills they've acquired in the Learning Modules.
